We actively provide LinkedIn endorsements and guide volunteers on how to list their role professionally on resumes and profiles. Additionally, we offer public recognition through monthly features and team acknowledgments, reinforcing the legitimacy and impact of their work. The result is that our volunteers gain more than just experience—they gain verifiable, shareable career assets. Past volunteers have used their certificates and recommendation letters to secure jobs in CSR, gain admission to accelerators, and build professional portfolios.
