Responsibility
Develop impact KPIs and monitoring systems. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data. Create reports for donors, partners, and internal teams. Support evaluation of program effectiveness.
Requirement
Background in social sciences, statistics, or public policy. Experience with data visualization (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau). Strong attention to detail and ethical data practices.
